Joining the Barbell Club gets you access to our Coached Sessions. These sessions run twice daily and are the home of our Weightlifting and Powerlifting Teams. Athletes follow their own programs but work together as a team to encourage and push each other to perform! The Sessions are manned by one of our expert coaches who will spend time with each individual throughout the sessions. New Athletes and Drop ins are welcomed to these sessions as our coaches will guide you through a team program or tailor something specially.

SEMI PRIVATE COACHING

Semi Private Coaching sessions gives Athletes the community and team work environment with that Personal Coaching attention to detail. Working in a maximum of 4 Athletes to 1 Coach,  sessions can be based around personal and specific goals. These sessions are for everybody and are not restricted to Weightlifting and Powerlifting. Times are based around your schedule and what works for you.

PERSONAL COACHING

The most personalised of our options, Personal Coaching gives that little extra to guarantee you reach your goals or improve that technique. Sessions and coaching are completely customised and specific to the individual. Custom packages can be tailor made to suit long term goals and training commitments.

OPEN GYM

OPEN GYM.png

For those wishing to make the most of our world class facility and environment but do not need coaching or access to the Barbell Club sessions, The Open Gym option is the right choice. With a strictly limited number of open gym memberships on offer - 40, there will never be an over population of the facility. Because of the strictly limited numbers, Open gym is the only membership that requires a 6-month commitment.
